Design-Build

Design-build offers a true “team” approach to the project, from its inception to its completion. We provide in-house conceptual design documents for our clients which allows us to ensure that each project is buildable and within the budget of our client from the start. We are a single source for your design and construction needs.

If you have the plans, we can build it. We will use our team of subcontractors and skilled labor to provide you a competitive proposal for construction of your project. As one who was fully involved with the remodeling/renovation of our Clubhouse, I wish to present a short overview of the success of the project. The prime motivation for the project was led by our Board of Directors and the Ad hoc Building Committee. Our Membership provided the authorization and the necessary funding. A design team was developed by Mr. D. G, Granade, our General Contractor. Participation included all of the disciplines generally associated with a project of this magnitude -from architects and planning to construction.

A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO DOUG G. GRANADE (D.G. GRANADE GENERAL CONTRACTOR) WHEREAS, Doug G. Granade, owner of D. G. Granade General Contractor, was contracted by the District for the design and construction of the District’s Vehicle Storage Facility, and WHEREAS, Doug G. Granade entered into a contract with the District on March 21, 1994 and a Notice of Completion was approved by the Board of Directors on October 20, 1994, and WHEREAS, Doug G. Granade and D.G. Granade’s employees have shown to be a valued General Contractor to the District through the availability of their expertise and knowledge of the Design and Construction profession.
