Vintage Grace Church
When Vintage Grace Church decided they wanted to expand and create a new worship center, they asked D. G. Granade for a bid for the project, and a new relationship was born. D. G. Granade’s staff worked closely with the pastor and leadership team at Vintage Grace to bring to life their dream of a worship center for all to sing, praise, and listen.
D. G. Granade provided all of the construction management services on the project, coordinating the subcontractors and the challenging construction. Major scopes included the site work, a poured in place concrete retaining wall nearly 14 feet tall, erection of the 2 story building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and steel stud framing with drywall.
