Miscellaneous Site Buildings
This project for the County of Sacramento consisted of the construction of a new 7,200 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal paint building, a new 2,600 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal storage building, a new 2,160 sq. ft. crew trailer, and demolition of an existing 4,800 sq. ft. building at the Echo Water Treatment Plant. The building exteriors were PBR wall panels and PBR roof panels. The interior of the paint building included a new office and material testing lab along with a new paint booth and sandblasting booth.
D. G. Granade supplied and installed the pre-engineered metal buildings for the project. D. G. Granade’s subcontractors performed all other work.
