Government Technology Solutions Building
D. G. Granade, Inc. was hired as the design-build contractor for a new 4,800 square foot office building. Conventional wood framing was used for this building. A deck extended out to the pond near the building. The exterior finish included extensive brick work and the interior had architectural features to give the building the look that the client wanted.
D. G. Granade’s crew built the concrete foundation and framed the building while subcontractors performed all other work. Major scopes included site work, concrete, wood framing, brick masonry, and interior finishes.
