In-The-Net Sports Complex
This project was for a new sports complex and D. G. Granade, Inc. was hired as the design-build contractor. The scope included ground up construction, including all of the necessary site development and infrastructure. The building used a pre-engineered metal building for the main structure and concrete tilt-up panels for the exterior walls. Inside was an 18,000 square foot mezzanine with elevator, pro shop, indoor soccer field, basketball court and rock climbing wall with a large 24’x24’ skylight above it.
D. G. Granade’s crew erected the metal building, and installed all the roof panels. D. G. Granade’s subcontractors performed all other work. Major scopes included sitework, concrete, electrical, HVAC, and metal building.
