Light of the Hills Lutheran Church and Expansion
D. G. Granade, Inc worked with Light of the Hills as their design-build contractor when they decided to build their sanctuary building and support offices. The building is a metal building main structure with stud walls around the exterior to support the stucco finish. Several years later after the sanctuary building was completed, D. G. Granade, Inc was hired again to construct the next building on the church campus, which included a recreation room, warming kitchen, and classrooms.
D. G. Granade’s crew performed the concrete work, erected the metal building, and installed all of the metal roofing and siding. D. G. Granade’s subcontractors performed all other work. Major scopes included concrete, electrical, plumbing, and metal building.
