4295 Business LLC Building
This Owner is a repeat client of D. G. Granade, Inc. The project was a ground-up, turn-key project. The building was designed to house multiple tenants and uses a single slope, clear span, metal building for the main structure. The project required a fire wall along the back sidewall, which was incorporated into the building design. The exterior finishes include insulated panels at the wall, a parapet around 2 sides, R-panel roofing and awnings at each suite entrance. Each suite is finished out with offices, a break room, and a restroom.
D. G. Granade’s crew erected the steel building on the project. D. G. Granade’s subcontractors performed all other work. Major scopes included the site work, concrete, electrical, plumbing, and steel stud framing with drywall.
