Heavy Equipment Maintenance Building
This project for the County of Sacramento consisted of the construction of a new 6,400 sq. ft. heavy equipment maintenance building at the Echo Water Treatment Plant. The existing building was demolished as part of the project. The building superstructure was made up of structural steel and CMU block. The interior included a small office and break room under a new parts storage mezzanine. The facility included the installation of new vehicle maintenance equipment and a complete lube system. A new fuel island was also constructed, and a new pre-engineered metal building provided a covered storage area.
D. G. Granade supplied and installed the pre-engineered metal building for the project. D. G. Granade’s subcontractors performed all other work.
